Split Shipments

This means you may receive multiple packages at different times.

Returns & Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be required to pay for reshipping.

Refunds for returned items will be processed excluding original shipping fees.
